Rainoldi's top sparkling 'Cuvée Maria Vittoria' is a 0 dose blend of Chiavennasca 92% A.K.A Nebbiolo, Pignola 4%, Rossola 4%.The base sparkling wine rests in steel tanks until the spring following the harvest.
