Château Angelus 2021

"A brilliant wine that signposts this estate's evolution under Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal, the 2021 Angélus is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot, with fully half of the old-vine Cabernet Franc maturing in foudres rather than 225-liter barriques. The result is a wine of unprecedented purity and finesse, unwinding in the glass with compelling aromas of plums, raspberries, rose petals, vine smoke, blood orange and warm spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, deep and layered pala

Château Monbousques 2021

"The 2021 Monbousquet offers lovely fruit density in the mid-weight, slightly nervy style of the year. There's terrific energy and vibrancy running through the 2021. Rose petal, lavender, spice andmint perk up the finish. The 2021 is delicate, nuanced and super-classy" Antonio Galloni, Vinous 90-92 Points *En-Primeur terms & conditions apply. Château Pavie-Decesse 2021

"The 2021 Pavie-Decesse is clearly still coming together. Powerful and friving on the palate, Pavie-Decesse shows its trademark energy and virile intensity. Red/Purpleish fruit, gravel, spice, mocha and iron lend an air of distinction. The malos here are on the later side vis-a-vis the other properties in the range, so the wine comes across as a bit raw in this tasting. Even so there is good mid-palate density and plenty of character. All the 2021 needs is time to come together" Antonio Gall

Château Pavie 2021

"The 2021 Pavie is a wine of tremendous potential. Naturally, it shows the more mid-weight style of the year and yet there is plenty of depth as well as energy that starts to emerge with a bit of time in the glass. Bright saline notes shape the wine while extending the finish and adding so much drive. The 2021 is shaping up to be a very special wine. All it needs is time." Le Carillon D’Angelus 2021

"Now benefiting from its own dedicated winery, the 2021 Le Carillon d'Angélus is no longer a "second wine" per se, but rather draws on some 25 hectares of dedicated vineyards, emphasizing Merlot from the cool terroirs of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes, complemented by holdings in the gravelly Figeac sector and on clay soils near Angélus itself—with anything that doesn't make the cut relegated to the No. 3 d'Angélus. Exhibiting aromas of raspberries, plums, warm spices and nicely integrated new
