Superb expression right out of the gate, whilst it will offer much much more with time. Excellent depth and length with layer after layer of flavour. The energy of the fruit is balanced with a darkness, spiced and an intriguing sappy hint. The acidity and tannin marry well offering up a fine long structure.

Excellent, poised, balanced with low dose, a build in complexity from time on lees, citrus, great length, a fine bead. Long, vertical and delicious. Richness from time giving it great mid-palate depth. A superb example of a Blanc de Blanc.There are perhaps two key factors in making great sparkling. Build in richness and complexity over the Blanc de Blanc. The pinot compenent offering up a rounder palate over the more linear Blanc de Blanc. Yes, it is rounder, yet well contained giving a line and length, vibrant, energetic, low dose, with a fine bead and excellent mouse. Fresh yet with considerable complexity, strawberries and cream, red-fruited with a saline nuance. Fine layered phenolics.
