Mostly Viura with a splash of Malvasia and Palomino in the blend. Chalky acid with a little phenolic grip. Perfumed with jasmine nectar and grapefruit notes., Maple syrup, tea and a pinch of baking spices. A fascinating drink. Excellent acid profile over a mid-weight frame. A little oxidative handling offers nutty and toasty pops whilst the wine remains fresh. An energising approach, quite different to the super oxidative Viuras.
