Rosé you say! The delicious 2020 came and went in a flash, thankfully we made more in 2021. This wine sees a few hours skin contact while being pressed, ferments without the addition of yeast to dryness in old French barrels and spends six months maturing on yeast lees. It is a delicately coloured rosé, fresh and fragrant of roses, red currant and under-ripe strawberry with a vibrant, dry, textured, bright palate.
