The energy of the fruit is balanced with a darkness, spiced and an intriguing sappy hint. The acidity and tannin marry well offering up a fine long structure.

From Himmelreich. After some air, delicate notes of green apple, grapefruit, lime and white peach kick in and add to the overall feel of freshness and tightness. Superbly balanced on the palate, where some creamy and lightly fruity elements are superbly wrapped into zest and spices.
