Description
The crunchier, crisper of the two Mordorée Rosé wines. Proper dry delicious Rose. Hint of musk, flowers, fresh red fruits, excellent crunch, waft of anise over a crunchy mid palate. Excellent length and depth, deceptive in it’s complexity with a cleansing every so slightly bitter sweep that works incredibly well on the finish. Get’s outlasted by fruit persistence. All comes together nicely just a little time in the glass.
A note on Rosé: Over the years we got to dry Rosé a big tick. Provence Rosé took off and an ocean of fairly insipid light blush gear in fancy bottles hit the market.
