Important Information Regarding International Deliveries
1. Delivery Fees
If applicable, delivery fees and charges will be added to your order.
2. Duties & Taxes
IMPORTANT Please check your country’s duties & taxes on alcohol before ordering as they may be incurred & payable at the time of importation, even for purchases sent as gifts.
Nearly every country in the world will levy duties / taxes on the importation of alcoholic beverages. These import duties are an additional charge to freight and the cost of any product ordered and are beyond the control of Wine Decoded.
If customs in your country refuse the shipment and send the item back to us, we will refund you the full amount less the shipping charge, a $50 order cancellation fee and any duties, excise, tax and customs charges incurred by us.
3. Delivery Details
To ensure prompt on time deliveries please provide a telephone number for the delivery address and instructions if no one is home.
4. Availability
Not all wines on the web site are available instore. Please call to ensure stock availability if you require your delivery urgently. All shipments are packed in specially designed shippers.
5. Insurance
On all International deliveries is A$25.00 per shipment flat rate or charged at the rate of 1% of the value of your order, whichever is greater. For example if your order comes to a total of A$1000.00 then the insurance charge will be A$25.00. Or if your order comes to a total of A$3000.00 then the insurance charge will be A$75.00. Insurance is optional.

Your credit card information will be carefully protected by Wine Decoded using the PCI compliant Stripe payment gateway and will not be revealed to anyone else. If you prefer to phone or mail your credit information, please feel free.
