As much as the expression of wonderful aromas and flavours starts the ball rolling, it’s the texture the finishes the game off beautifully. Verdicchio offers up a supple mouthfeel with a little oiliness from the nature grape phenolics and this one adds an underlying creaminess. Combined with beautiful acid it’s fresh, restrained and elegant. It’s had just enough time to resolve into a thing of beauty. Perfume of fresh apricots, pear, Jasmine tea, with depth from honey and a light toasty layer is intoxicating and carries through to the palate.

Why is this Wine so Yummy?

Venturi wines are the fruit of our vineyards located approximately 250 m above sea level, in Montecarotto village, facing South / East. All processes are carried out by hand. The health of the vines and thinning for the constant search of the best bunches, give our wines unique personality.

Innovation and respect for tradition are the motto of the company. Soft pressing, under vacuum, of the freshly picked grapes. Following fermentation and ageing in stainless steel by applying a constant temperature of 16°C. Eight months of ageing in bottle complete the evolution.

Service Temperature: 12° C
Tasting Notes: Yellow straw-colored from young and almost gilded when aged. Intense and complex in flavor, fruity apples, pear and pineapple on the nose. When aged you can smell hints of almond, hazelnut and fl oral. Dry, warm and with a persistence exuberant.
Pairings: The full-bodied structure and elegant approach allows a full meal. Specialist of great seafood dishes, grilled fi sh, stockfi sh “all’anconetana”, fi sh in foil and baked. When aged it completes truffl e dishes and white meat in “potacchio” and pork.
