Description

The vineyard just shines through! The backbone of this Pinot is a delicious fresh core of fruit. It’s wrapped in a beautiful perfume of flowers, spice, earthiness, savoury goodness. Texturally you can see the whole bunch tannin, it’s at just the right level. A little edgy, the quality of the tannins are superb. They complete the mouthfeel. Watching this wine evolve over the next few years will be fascinating!

Stuart grows the fruit that goes into the Wine Decoded Bathtub Shiraz. We did an article with him for the Wine Bites Mag earlier in the season, talking vineyards that worth a look!

Having the vineyard sorted really does make it so much easier in the winery. The more time you spend in vineyards, the easier it is to spot good ones. This one checks all the boxes.

The result is wines with personality. Look out for a mixed pack of wines from the vineyard made by different makers.
