Description
An elegant, very fresh and admirably pure nose is comprised by notes of green apple, gardenia, spiced tea and a hint of matchstick. The refined yet powerful, concentrated and punchy middle weight flavors exude evident minerality on the beautifully well-balanced, youthfully austere and moderately dry finale. This beauty is still very much on the way up and while it could be drunk with pleasure if allowed 30 minutes in a carafe, it will be better still in 3 to 5 years. In a word, excellent.
