The Marienburg Raffes 2023, as it is referred to on the central part of the label, was fermented down to officially dry levels of residual sugar and was bottled in August 2024. It initially shows a very noble and refined reduction of smoke and wild herbs, before opening up to offer tar, blackberry, licorice, minty herbs, and spices.
