Wine is shipped from a climate-controlled warehouse direct to climate-controlled warehouse in the US.
Delivery Time
Delivery is to the customer’s door. Allow approximately 5-7 days (from date of dispatch) for delivery.
*Excluded States
Liquor laws prohibit us from shipping to some states.
These are: Alabama, Arkansas, Deleware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island & Utah
Handling Fee
A handling fee in AUD$ will be charged at checkout to cover admin and our freight costs to the freight forwarder.

$28 – 13-24 bottles
$35 – 25-36 bottles
$42 – 37-48 bottles
$49 – 49+ bottles
Shipping Cost
Shipping to the US is charged in USD$. Your card will be charged by the freight forwarder when your wine leaves Australia.
We will contact you using the secure messenger ‘Signal’ for your credit card details. This is necessary as we do not store credit card details on site.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Add USD$60 per case to the costs listed below.

Bottle = 750ml or less.

Important Info
Local Taxes
Please check your country’s duties & taxes on alcohol before ordering as they may be incurred & payable at the time of importation, even for purchases sent as gifts. Nearly every country in the world will levy duties / taxes on the importation of alcoholic beverages.
These import duties are an additional charge to freight and the cost of any product ordered and are beyond the control of Wine Decoded.
Returns & Refunds
If customs in your country refuse the shipment and send the item back to us, we will refund you the full amount less the shipping charge, a $50 order cancellation fee and any duties, excise, tax and customs charges incurred by us.
Insurance
Insurance is included in the cost of shipping to the US.
Australian Tax Savings
An Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) deduction is available on all wines exported. The GST deduction is equivalent to 10% in value of any wine ordered. The GST will be automatically deducted from your order at checkout.
An Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) refund/discount is available on all spirits exported.
