Feeling Thirsty?

Boldest, most immediately generous of this set of 2022's. Red and blue fruited. Carries through to the palate. Building in the glass. Friendly, so easy to drink. Deceptively, less cerebral than the Pico. Great transparency. Seamless and plenty of fun.Paul Kaan, Wine DecocdedI love the elegant, floral and nuanced nose of the 2022 El Rapolao, sourced from a plot in the coldest part of the village, where the soils are rich in iron and organic matter. It fermented with 25% full clusters

Terroir al Límit Terra Pedra de Guix 2021

White Blend | Spain, Catalunya

Huber's 1er Cru level white steps up to the plate. One of the most fascinating whites I've seen in ages! Vi de Coster, the equivalent of 1er Cru wine. As we have said before, this is one of the most mineral, sculpted whites we know—it tastes as if the wine was tapped directly from pure rock—which of course it was. Forget about how rare white Priorat is, Pedra de Guix gives the great whites of the world a run for their money. This is a blend of three varieties from three villages: Poboleda

The 2023 Bianco Secco is a model of purity with its bouquet of dusty florals, cracked slate, lime zest and green melon. It opens with a balanced inner sweetness offset by a sour citrus tinge as tart green apple enhances its tension. A salty flourish punctuates the experience as hints of young kiwi mix with apricot through the long and wonderfully fresh finish. This is a refined and captivating vintage of Bianco Secco, a wine that continues to punch well above its class.Eric Guido, Vinous 9

Max Ferdinand Richter Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett 2019

Riesling | Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany

"From 80-year-old vines predominantly from the original Sonnenuhr plot below the sundial, the 2019 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett opens with still reductive, sulfuric yet also beautifully floral, bright and elegant fruit aromas that indicate remarkable delicacy. Round and finessed on the elegant and refined palate, this is a very intense, sweet and persistently salty-mineral WSU with great finesse and length. Persistently salty."Stephan Reinhardt, The Wine Advocate
