Why is this Wine so Yummy?
The wines are made at Terroir al Límit; they are naturally fermented in cement; no destemming, no stainless steel, there is no pigeage, no extraction and there is no new oak. With a roster of younger growers who have (with Huber’s advice) invested in organic viticulture, first rate viticulture, the fruit is drawn from all nine villages of Priorat; El Lloar, Porrera, Vilella Baixa, Vilella Alta, Escaladei, Bellmunt, Gratallops, Torroja and Poboleda. One to watch!
