After devouring Casanova di Neri’s baseline IrRosso I was determined to try more from this producer. Just at the right time as it turns out with the 2015 Brunello’s in the pipeline!

Drinking Roberto’s wines, the Barbera d’Alba ‘Francia’ (formerly Cascina Francia), Barolo ‘Francia’ and Barolo ‘Monfortino’ Riserva is always a pleasure.
I had the good fortune of devouring a vertical of Barolo ‘Cascina Francia’ not that long ago with a couple of Barbera’s in the mix.
These are some of the most profound Barolo’s you’ll ever drink!
