Feeling Thirsty?

San Giusto a Rentennano Chianti Classico 2023

Red Blend | Tuscany, Chianti Classico

The 2023 Chianti Classico is terrific. In fact, it is one of the most complete wines of the year. Dark cherry fruit, leather, cedar, menthol and lavender all take shape in the glass. The 2023 is dense but not heavy. Even so, I would give it a few years to shed some baby fat. It's an impeccable wine in a challenging year.Antonio Galloni, Vinous 92 PointsSplash it in the decanter, grab a Bistecca Fiorentina & enjoy!

Yeringberg Marsanne Roussanne 2019

White Blend | Yarra Valley, Australia

A Yarra Valley classic. A wine with incredible delicacy and complexity. "Marsanne 64%, Roussanne 36%. Our 2019 white blend is a wine of subtlety, nuance and savoury complexity. Initially  demure, the nose offers savoury, quince and herbal notes, almond, delicate jasmine and honeysuckle florals. Again restraint and expression with excellent composure. The subtle well integrated stalk tannin and spice play with old vine freshness and elegance. Flowing with great harmony. Layered, lovely red fruit with a silkiness. A little savoury almost blood orange and pinch of salt. Straight out of the gate looking good. Rose and spice. Giacomo Conterno Barolo ‘Francia’ 2021

Nebbiolo | Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo

The 2021 Barolo Francia is a vertical, explosive Barolo endowed with tons of energy. Bright acids and fine beams of tannin provide the framework for this striking young Barolo. All the elements are so well balanced. Time in the glass brings out an interplay of mineral-drenched energy, persistence and textural breadth. There's a lot of structure, and yet the tannins feel fine-grained and finessed.I especially admire its translucent energy. Magnificent. Antonio Galli, Vinous 99 Points
