Feeling Thirsty?

“The 2022 Beaune 1er Cru Pertuisots is performing especially well this year, unwinding in the glass with aromas of cherries, wild berries and plums mingled with rose petals, sweet spices and burning embers. Medium to full-bodied, deep and seamless, it's layered and complete, with a lively core of fruit and beautifully refined, powdery tannins.”William Kelley, The Wine Advocate 92-94 Points“The 2022 Beaune Pertuisots 1er Cru, which contains 27% whole bunches, has such a pretty n

Divine Wine!
One of the sneaky 1er Cru Gevrey's to watch out for! I had Faiveley's 2015 Latricières Chambertin recently, delicious, perfumed elegant and refined. Pereira D'Oliveiras 5 Year Old Tinta Negra Dry (20% Sercial)
Dry - up to 60 g/l
A fantastic entrée to D’Oliveiras range, with an enticing nose with notes of bitter orange, raisined fruit, sweet spice and a touch of charred wood. Lithe and lively on the palate with an excellent balance of fresh acidity, sweet citrus and an almost meaty, rancio nuttiness.

Joh Jos Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett Riesling 2021

Riesling | Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany

Poised, refined, rich with wonderful tension. “The 2021er Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett offers a superbly appealing and hugely complex nose of lily flowers, lozenge, fine spices, thyme, rosemary, spearmint, almond, and cassis, all wrapped in great minty smoke. The wine is superbly playful on the palate, where there are refined flavors of vineyard peach, orange blossom, and almond cream. It proves airy and light-footed. The finish is very delicate and pure. What a great Kabinett in the m
