Feeling Thirsty?

Intensely smoky and flinty, also almost blindingly fresh, this is a dangerously chalky Champagne. The bergamot aroma expands dramatically as it aerates in the glass. Extremely concentrated Amalfi lemon character on the super-focused palate, building and building at the driving chalky finish that doesn't want to let go of you.  July 2023SP 98 Points

"Good medium purple-red. Knockout nose offers wild red and dark berries, minerals, violets, white pepper and truffley underbrush. Very suave on entry, then rich, boasting suave ripe red cherry and dark plum flavours complemented by strong brown spice undertones. The wine's impressive volume is nicely buffered by plenty of fresh cut. Closes very long, with serious but fine tannins. Another very sophisticated Montepulciano wine like practically nobody in the world can do. Drinking window: 2028-204

Got that whole alpine thing going on. Excellent weight and shape to it. Playful dusty chalky slightly chewy tannins with fine boned acid. Violets, a little plum, sour cherry with licorice and a hint of smoke,
