The Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune red and white come from the domaine’s young agroforestry project in Nantoux. Perched at 400 metres above Pommard, Nantoux is a strikingly pretty village known for its pink limestone quarries and hiking trails between vineyards, woods and meadows. The Dancers have planted two hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and interspersed all kinds of local trees on a limestone plateau.
