Spiced with a lick of lanolin, expressive out of the gate with a flow and shape that indicates a patient long ferment filling out/depth in the mid-palate with a little nutty lees work softening a fine line of juicy acid. Salty mineral, fun! A little mandarin peel, slightly dried, on citrus just a whiff of white flowers.
