Cerasuolo is a generic term used for Rosé in some parts of Italy. Tiberio have nailed this one. Bone dry, crunchy, juicy, vibrant, a wonderful refreshing zing from super fine acid. It's divine! A fine layer of tannin offers just enough grip to add textural intrigue. Guido's note is bang on. Don't overchill it.
