Underlying savoury layer with delicious slightly green white stone fruit. A little soft green herb.  Excellent texture, mineral, pure & fine. Patience will be rewarded in spades.The first mention of the Altenburg in Wachenheim dates back to the High Middle Age, and this is definitely not the last one.
