Running along the top 'row' of 1er Cru's that tend to have higher acidity & precision With an eye-popping pH of 3.11 (it's always the lowest in the cellar), Moreau's 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers unwinds in the glass with aromas of citrus zest, pear and freshly baked bread framed by a discreet touch of reduction.
