Parellada

Spanish native variety well-adapted to the high parts of the Penedès where it is used in the production of sparkling wine.

Moderately vigorous, rustic but at the same time sensitive to rain during the ripening period.

The white harvest always ends with this variety. Parellada gives a touch of delicacy to sparkling wines.

Often blended with Xarel.lo & Marcabeu.
