Why is this Wine so Yummy?
Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP
Pecorino (85%) and other authorized varieties, grown on medium aged vineyards cultivated in Guyot shape with low production yield on loose soil structure.
The grapes are sent to the pneumatic press for soft crushing, then the must is fermented with their indigenous yeasts at low temperature (12-14°C) in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days.
Straw yellow colour, intense nose with hints of broom, white fruits and ethereal. The palate is fresh, intense, fruity and full bodied.
Elaborated seafood dishes, medium cured cheese, pasta dishes, white meats.
