Anyone who knows me, will be shocked that there is Sauvignon Blanc on the Wine Decoded list. I find it polarising. A love hate thing. Catalina Sounds top of the wazza Savvy, Sounds of White, is a smart wine. It’s ripe, so no green grassy hardness, yet not over ripe. It’s a sign of the quality of fruit that goes into it. It’s poised, yummy rich and textured, yet still refreshingly crisp.
